Filtrona, the independent market leader in specialty filter solutions, has concluded its 2025 Leadership Conference in Athens, Greece, where the company’s global leadership team gathered to celebrate recent successes and outline strategic priorities for the year ahead.
The three-day conference, themed “Transform to Grow,” brought together senior leaders from Filtrona’s global headquarters, manufacturing sites, and joint venture operations to align on the company’s “+3 Growth Strategy” and transformation agenda.

The conference featured sessions that covered priority topics for Filtrona, including its “+3 Growth Strategy” that is focused on growing market share, expanding reduced-risk products, and achieving business excellence. The event also featured industry experts from Microsoft, DBS and PMI.

The conference concluded with the annual Filtrona Awards, celebrating excellence across the company. The Corporate Social Responsibility Award was presented to Filtrona Indonesia, while the Safety Award recognised Filtrona Thailand and the Continuous Improvement Award category saw outstanding achievements from teams in UAE, Hungary, and India.
Awards were also presented to Filtrona’s joint venture team in China, ESG committee, and the team spearheading the Filtrona Excellence Model (FEM) operations excellence programme.
The Top People Manager Award for 2025 recognised Filtrona’s leaders across manufacturing plants in India, Indonesia, and Thailand for their outstanding efforts in driving success and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within these plants.
