We are looking for a Junior Process Lead who is eager to support the implementation, daily operation, and continuous development of our Integrated Work System (IWS).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your knowledge of IWS methodologies, contribute to improvement initiatives, and work closely with experienced colleagues to enhance manufacturing performance and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
🔹 Support IWS Implementation and Development
- Actively participate in the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of IWS processes and standards.
- Support Daily Management System (DMS) and Daily Direction Setting (DDS) routines.
- Track IWS action plans, improvement initiatives, and implementation progress.
- Collaborate with production teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support IWS deployment.
🔹 Drive Continuous Improvement and Loss Reduction
- Analyze manufacturing data and key performance indicators (KPIs), including OEE, downtime, and production losses.
- Identify improvement opportunities and recurring operational issues.
- Support the preparation and execution of Kaizen, Focused Improvement (FI), and Work Process Improvement (WPI) workshops.
- Participate in structured problem-solving activities using methodologies such as RCA, 6W2H, and Fishbone analysis.
🔹 Support Standardization and Process Excellence
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining manufacturing standards, Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and One Point Lessons (OPLs).
- Participate in Centerline and Changeover process improvement activities.
- Identify, document, and share best practices across production areas.
- Follow up on improvement actions to ensure sustainable results.
🔹 Collaboration and Capability Building
- Support operators and production teams in understanding and applying IWS tools and methodologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and other cross-functional teams.
- Contribute to building a strong continuous improvement and problem-solving culture.
What We Are Looking For
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or some initial experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, TPM, IWS, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
- Analytical thinking, a structured approach to problem-solving, and confidence in working with data.
- Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on increasing responsibilities.
- Hungarian knowledge is a must in this role
It Would Be an Advantage If You Have:
- Previous experience in FMCG or another manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to IWS, Lean, TPM, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with DDS, OEE, RCA, 5 Why, or loss analysis methodologies.
- Experience supporting improvement projects, workshops, or cross-functional activities.
