In 2025, female representation in management reached 29%, with average female compensation exceeding average male compensation across the group. No discrimination incidents were reported. This includes equal opportunity, non-discrimination, inclusive leadership and balanced representation across the workforce.

Workplace Health and Safety protects our people and supports operational continuity. All Filtrona sites operate under ISO 45001-certified occupational health and safety systems covering employees and contractors.

Filtrona has a strong commitment to fair labour practices, decent working conditions and respect for internationally recognised human rights standards. This includes prohibiting child labour, forced labour and modern slavery, while promoting non-discrimination and freedom of association in line with local laws.

Filtrona supported community programmes across multiple regions, including long-term initiatives in India and site-level activities in Thailand, Paraguay, Indonesia, Singapore, China, Dubai, Budapest and Greensboro.
More than 7,000 community beneficiaries.
Community investment in India reached approximately USD 196,000 in FY2025.
Support provided for school infrastructure, teacher sponsorship and school kits.
Healthcare initiatives included the “Gift-a-Life” programme supporting 43 life-saving heart surgeries.

Ethics and Integrity provides the foundation for responsible business conduct. Filtrona’s Group Ethics Code, Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, Right to Speak policy and compliance policies guide how employees and business partners are expected to act.
This includes anti-corruption, conflict of interest, competition law, data privacy, whistleblowing, sanctions compliance and responsible decision-making.
