About the Role
This role will support the Global Commercial Excellence team on performance indicators, providing value-add analyses such as growth and profit opportunities, customer needs and support development of strategic market plans, go-to-market plans and materials.
- Work with cross functional team including Finance and Customer Support team to provide value add reports incorporating YTD, Plan, Forecast sales data
- Support yearly commercial plan and strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting cycle through sales performance analysis
- Support in data analysis and report on opportunity pipeline, market/ competition situation, characteristics of wins vs losses, etc.
- Lead the continuous development of reporting and analysis process to ensure alignment to business goals
- Understand and identify real customer needs and key buying factors within the segments, evaluate the elements that customers are willing to pay for and developing customer specific and quantified value propositions.
- Works closely with Sales team to (a) Identify addressable market and prioritize opportunities for growth; (b) Develop & support Sales to execute strategy to increase Share of Wallet (SOW); and (c) establish & implement a structured action plan.
What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years of B2B experience in commercial or marketing role.
- Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated strong trouble shooting abilities and passion for continuous improvement.
- Problem solver who can define issues and drive issue resolutions.
- Able to work independently and drive alignment across multi-functional teams.
- Bachelor Degree in Business and Marketing. MBA preferred.
