Responsibilities
Material planning based on the production schedule and sales forecasts
- Monitoring production capacities considering changes in the production plan
- Daily communication with production – handling arising issues
- Ensuring information flow between production and customer relations teams
- Active participation in defining the monthly Masterplan (both finished products and basic filters)
- Setting and communicating the weekly plan to production
- Preparing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Managing accruals at the end of the month
- Carrying out tasks in accordance with processes and guidelines to achieve the targets set for corporate and production planning areas
Requirements
- Secondary education
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
- Conversational level English proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Coordination skills, leadership attitude
- Ability to follow defined processes
- Conflict management skills
- Initiative-taking, proactive, flexible approach
- Positive and cooperative attitude
Nice-to-have
- Higher education (college/university degree in engineering or logistics)
- Knowledge and experience in project management
- Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles
